Loneliness Breakaway - Dr G's Summer 2026 Event

Creating Connection, Confidence & Community for Teens and Youth

 

For the second consecutive year North Richmond Hill Kids Clinic and South Mackenzie Kids Clinic are proud to have organized Loneliness Breakaway, a social connection event created especially for teens and youth who may experience challenges with socializing, communication, making friends, or feeling comfortable in group settings.

The event is designed with a particular focus on teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, behavioral or social concerns, as well as those who may simply find it difficult to connect with others or feel a sense of belonging.

 

Through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities, participants were able to meet and connect with peers, develop social and communication skills, engage in fun group activities and build confidence in social settings.
