​We are pleased to announce that due to high demand, South Mackenzie Kids Clinic in Vaughan has now extended WALK IN hours. We are now open 7 days a week for your convenience!
​
We accept all patients from newborns until 18 years. Feel free to bring your child in if they are sick. Walk in patients will be seen on first come first serve basis so please call us prior to coming in to make sure we're still accepting patients for the day. On some days we may have to stop accepting patients early if we are at full capacity.

North Richmond Hill Kids Clinic & South Mackenzie Kids Clinic, affiliated with University of Toronto, are focused on providing comprehensive Pediatric care to children in the York Region area since 2012.
In addition to General Pediatrics, North Richmond Hill Kids Clinic specialises in seeing preterm/complex care patients and subspecialties including autism, behavioural, speech and development delay, allergy, nephrology etc. Our clinics are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and staffed by experienced and caring pediatricians who will go above and beyond to provide the best care for your children.

South Mackenzie Kids Clinic in Maple,Vaughan is open to all registered and non registered patients for walk ins. Our pediatricians are happy to accommodate your child for any sick visits. We are open 7 days a week!

Do you accept walk ins or same day appointments?Yes! South Mackenzie Kids Clinic is a pediatric walk in clinic. This is open to all patients (newborn to 18 years) including those who are not registered with us. If your child is sick, we are happy to attend to them. Please call us on 905-553-0305 to set up a same day appointment. We are open every day of the week, including weekends! North Richmond Hill Kids Clinic does not accept walk ins at this time.

Do you accept newborn babies?We are currently accepting all preterm babies and SGA for ongoing care. We may be able to accept healthy newborn babies depending on availability. Please have a referral sent by your OB/GYN or family physician.

Are you currently accepting new patients?We are currently unable to accept new patients for primary care at this time. We do however accept patients on consultation basis if they have any medical, behavioural/developmental or mental health related concerns as well as for nephrology and allergy consults with referrals at North Richmond Hill Kids Clinic. In the meantime, patients can opt to visit our walk in clinic for any concerns.

Can I book a routine check up or a vaccine appointment at South Mackenzie Kids Clinic?Yes! South Mackenzie Kids Clinic operates primarily as a pediatric walk in clinic. However, we will have a limited number of routine check up and vaccine appointments available. Please contact us to see if there's availability.

We are registered at South Mackenzie Kids Clinic. Can we go to North Richmond Hill Kids Clinic in future?Patients of South Mackenzie Kids Clinic are welcome to follow up with North Richmond Hill Kids Clinic for any routine check ups and vaccines. As the clinics are under the same management, you need not transfer any records and you may directly book an appointment. Please contact us for more info.

Do you take new patients on consultation basis?We do take new patients on consultation basis for certain concerns including behavioural/developmental issues, nephrology consults and allergy consults. Once we have received the referral via fax, we review and set up and appointment with you.

Can we get medication/prescriptions refilled?Prescription refilling is a service that is not covered by OHIP. However, we offer this free of charge as a complimentary service. Please notify us in advance of your requirements to ensure this is done in a timely manner. In some instances however, patient will have to be seen prior to refilling the medication.

Do you provide telephone/virtual appointments?We no longer provide virtual appointments. All appointments must be in person only.

Do you offer ear piercing services?Yes, we offer ear piercing services with Dr.G. It is $60 in cash and includes a pair of gold plated earrings.
